BJ-Consultant -that's how we make acronym for our long official name Bahtera Jiwa Human Resources & Psychology Consultant- is a division of PT Karya Sukses Sejahtera. This is holding company which have various business field. We are in progress to separate from our holding became independent subsidiary.
Daily, BJ-Consultant Management running by young dedicated persons in mini-team. They are alumnae from various famous university in Indonesia, such as Universitas Indonesia-Jakarta, Universitas Padjajaran-Bandung and Universitas Gadjah Mada-Yogyakarta.
Beside "The A Team" of Management, BJ-Consultant has some Counsellor, Associates and Trainers. All of our team are ready to serve you: our respective client.

Only BJ-Consultant Management who work frequently. But like consultant in common, it is unnecessary for us to work like usual worker. (What we mean is 9 to 5 worker.). So, only administrative worker who work on office hours at our office.
The other name listed in this website are not working at our office at office hour. Many of them work individually at another office and just help us within off hours. However, they put their commitment to share with us, together to reach our purpose: making better Indonesia.
