Associate
Bahtera Jiwa Human Resources & Psychology Consultant established new system in this field. We called it associateship. Associate which join our associateship are free-lance based psychologist or at least holder of bachelor of psychology which stationed in several cities. If our clients order us to do some work at that city, it will reduce cost so much than send huge team from Jakarta to the other city. Every resident associate could serve around their stationed city. But, no direct contact from client to any of our associate allowed. Clients must communicate their brief and other needs through BJ-Consultant office.
