Psychology is a branch of science which originally derived from philosophy. Psychology studied about human psychological condition or non physical performance.

3. Who does need Human Resource?

11. What is the difference between outsourcing and headhunting? Does BJ-Consultant provide both of them?
Outsourcing means an institution collect data base about human resources with various qualifications. If some companies need them to do a project, usually running on temporary time, they will contact the institution to provide human resources fit to their needs. While headhunting is one kind of human resource service held by a consultant, called headhunter, that has a database about existing employees who work for certain position and companies. Anytime, when a company as headhunter's clients need employee for certain position they will call headhunter to find candidates they need. Headhunter will process available candidates through a selection process then. For now, BJ-Consultant can correlate our clients to some institution or consultant that provide both of two kinds of human resource services.


12. Whether I am not a representative of any company, could I use BJ-Consultant services personally?
Yes, of course. If you want to develop your skill, you can join our training individually. If you have personal problem like marriage or children development, just call to make an appointment with our psychologist. But to access some of our services like assessment, you must be the part of the company because this is not a kind of services for individual person.
