need. Our main tools are competency based in-depth interview, observation,
and skill test. Psychological tests are used customized to job character
or organization’s need.

Training and Development.
Human
resource as an asset is a basic paradigm for this kind of service. Their
skill, knowledge, and attitude should be sharpen. Considering every human
has soft both hard kind of competencies, we provide development services,
through training with a classical method and vocational counselling with
an individual one.

Assessment.
The
problem in most of organizations is data unavailability about their human
resources, after they are recruited for certain positions. An assessment
must be done to make sure that every progress related to them, can be

Performance Management System
This
is a system that regulates a parameter monitoring toward employees and
company's performance, according to company global goals. The
system consists of some processes, can be done partially and or simultaneously,
they are :

Job Evaluation. Once
an employee placed on a job position, an organization should know how
his job can be enriched or his responsibility can be enlarged. Toreach
this aim, job description for each position must be clear. We will evaluate
how far employee as job holder has been functioned optimally to do some
activities stated in their job description. The result could be use for
the next service.
b.
Performance Appraisal. This
service closely relates to the
process before. The results from every tasks or duties accomplished
must be reviewed, to decide whether the employee should be appraised for
their contribution. Client can choose the method (quantitative and/or
qualitative), then we will make its suitable tools. We will use testable
method like talent based management or another parameter to assess employees
competencies.
